went through the McDonald's drive thru on frankstown avenue pgh pa at 8:30 pm on Wednesday 8/13/25 and am so disappointed the staff about 8 people standing around the cashier on their phones making themselves milkshakes asking each other if they can make food for eachother meanwhile the way was pretty long for 2 happy meals but worse was how poorly the employees were blatantly just hanging out not working so the customers could see them seems like a lot of teenagers and no adult there to supervise or provide guidance on what... read more
Beware of this location because someone may be stealing card numbers. 2 times in the last year my card was charged while I was clocked in at work with my physical card on me & neither time was anything done about it. This is the only location this has happened at so use cash if you can if you don’t want ripped off randomly & not compensated.
This place is one of my favorite McDonalds' I've ever been to. shout out to Victor, who was very kind!!!
