When it takes 45 mins for a mobile order to be prepped and still not taken out. My wife went inside after 30 mins and saw our food sitting on the expo board ready, after we witnessed for 30 plus minutes order after order(that they pulled up) be handed out. My wife had to ask an employee if that was our food, only to be met with a snide and rude comment from a blue haired(may have been purple) lady who was at the expo. This is definitely the best Greenwood McDonald's for whatever that's worth. The food ranges from freshly cooked/great (normally during early lunch/breakfast) to stale/terrible (late lunch/evenings) though the quality can be very inconsistent at any time. When it's good, it's REALLY good but when it's bad, you basically just wasted your money.
