Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from Roberto at McDonald’s supposedly he was a manager. I ordered bacon egg, and cheese Mc griddles I had given them a code for one to buy one get one free one buy one get one for a dollar he tells me the code didn’t go through and charges me double Doesn’t do anything about it or worried about pushing people through the drive-through line than he was any type of customer service and started yelling at me never go back to the McDonald’s again they’re the worst
Terrible service. Ordered on the app in advance. Food wasn't ready. Somehow didn't have my order? Now I have to make sure I'm not charged for an order I paid for in advance. Always long waits. Oh and not to mention the parking lot is littered with vagrants partaking in open air drug use. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST
Minus -5, Manager Nick was mess up my order. I’ve been waiting more than 20 minutes. He’s so rude the way he talk and reacted to customers. Fast food was delayed food. I get back to them and asked about my food, the guy was laughing with non responsibility. He didn’t know what I’m ordered… OMG…never say sorry or trying to make me a quick meal. Many other branches which have wonderful service and more care to customers. Ask for Nick, You’ll get kick off.
