Worst McDonald’s in Morgantown. Maybe 4 out of every 5 times I’ve been there the order has been wrong or there has been a ridiculously long wait.
Gia, the manager on duty I presume, was awful. She was rude and impatient. There was not an ounce of good customer service offered. She then yelled at my mom and had an attitude; not realizing my mother had been skipped over twice in line. It was unacceptable. Will not be back.
