Came in last night and ordered a 10pc nugget meal and it was the absolute most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in my life. I specificity requested to have my nuggets made fresh, not only were they stone cold THEY GAVE ME NO SAUCE OR NAPKINS. So I didn’t even have the chance to reheat them once I got home. I was left driving home with salty fingers from the gross overly salty fries I couldn’t even bare to finish. Just a waste of my money after a long day…. at least I got a straw for my drink. Totally unprofessional staff. I came here to pick up a delivery order and was completely ignored. When I politely asked if my order was ready, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and the customer service experience was very disappointing. I hope management works on improving staff professionalism and customer service.
