I was standing in line when I noticed one of the workers in the back scrolling through her Facebook. I asked politely for service and she continued to examine her Facebook. I politely said that I wanted to order breakfast. She said I was being too aggressive and threatened to phone the police. I asked to speak to the manager. She said, "I am the manager." I walked out.

Couldn’t even order because the man on the speaker said “one second” then we waited for 5 minutes with no response, a homeless woman comes up to the window and I’ve seen her asking for change at bridge term comes up to window telling us her story asking for money, after she leaves we’re uncomfortable and ask if the guy can take our order, we ask multiple times with no response, and the other lane is flying through, we end up leaving and going to another McDonald’s because when we went to pull forward to just ask to have our ... read more

The McDonald's just before the Macdonald Bridge is ridiculous. Waiting over 20 min for your order from drive thru! Having to go into the building to try and get some service. Not getting any help from the first employee who ignored you, again not from the second employee who ignored, but finally from the third young lady who was professional and helpful. Sadly I wasn't the only customer struggling to get any help or service. Mental reminder made to never stop at this location again, and to stop in Truro on my way home.

This mc donalds employees are not good. They don't care about the delivery guys as well the other customers too. Their behavior is worst for all
