8/20/25 I placed an order for breakfast in the app at 10:23am while breakfast items were still available. I show up at 10:28am and they refused to give me my order since I came at 10:28am even tho I placed my order before 10:30am. The ladies were unwilling to make my food and said that they don't know what time the order was placed even tho it shows up on there end as soon as it's placed from the app. Why bother having the items available on the app before 10:30am and not make them when showing up at 10:28am. Every time I go through this McDonald's and ask for Hot mustard I get honey mustard and I'm allergic to honey. Please explain to your employees the difference.
