This place is Dirty! Tables seams like they have not been wiped down. Food on the floor. The fountain drink area with spills on the counter. The AC does not work on the play area for the kids.
It really irritates me to order my food and pay for it only to be told after doing so to pull around the side and park due to my order is not ready, then get my order handed to me with little acknowledgement in regards to having to wait, on top of having items missing and food not even hot. Does anyone at this place even have the slightest IDEA what customer service is? Please get it together or I will continue to call management and anyone else I can call to complain.
