Super slow service. I was in the drive thru waiting for them to take my order & in the other line they took orders from 3 cars while I sat there waiting. They literally skipped me & then another day I did a DoorDash order and had a DoorDash driver go off on me because this place was taking long on my order
They really gave me Ice with a side of drink. Make sure you ask for no ice.
BY THE FAR THE RUDEST employees ever. I have never encountered an employee blatantly talk CRAP about a customer to other employees in front of the customer. Oscar Juarez was the employee that was on shift that just showed unprofessionalism. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS will i step foot in the vicinity EVER AGAIN!
This location is more concerned with having sparkling glass and soapy concrete outside than it is with getting hot and fresh product out in a timely manner. I mean, it really is the customers fault for expecting a drive through line to move fast enough so their car doesn’t overheat. The gentleman is currently waiting on a tow truck. Maybe management cares enough to schedule a skeleton crew, but yall couldn’t have sacrificed the labor to move the guy from cleaning windows to inside the kitchen on the line?
