Paid for sauces and they weren't even on my order bag
$3.18 for this. First time thru drive thru they neglected to put the cheese on this sad burger, so they took it back and slapped a slice of cheese on a barely lukewarm, smashed down burger. Of course the window person apparently was not strong with English based on the blank looks I got while explaining the problem. Or it could just be attitude. Not a good MickeyDs location at all.
Be careful of your order I ordered kids meal extra fries only to reach home there is no extra fries. My baby is so sad

I am officially OVER this horrible experience at this particular restaurant. Here are the facts: most of the drive thru personal has a difficult time understanding my requested order. I also have a hard time understanding what is read back to me. Regardless of night or day shift the employees struggle to be respectful. Rude is a culture at this place for sure.
