My fiancé and I come to this location often and the service has gotten worse in the past year. Today, all we ordered was a double cheese burger, medium fries, a four piece and a coke. When we pulled up to the window, a boy handed us our drink and said nothing. No greeting or anything. Then, we stayed at the window for probably close to 5-6 minutes. Im done giving this mcdonalds chances. When I pulled up, there was only 2 cars at the windows. I sat at the first window while a younger female employee (im assuming the manager) came back and started scolding the kid at the window in front of me while I waited to pay. Another kid came back and said bye and THEN the window opened. At the second window, they couldn't find my order, asked me multiple times what I ordered while the same younger girl from before proceeded to start freaking out while talking very condescendingly ... read more
I’ve been standing here for over ten minutes and all I got was a large unsweetened ice tea 😅
In the Drive-Thru it takes them 15 minutes to even get your order. Sitting in the line for 45 minutes just to get a coffee. I'm going to have to drive a little bit out of my way to go to a different McDonald's just to avoid this one.
