This location is the worst in Erie by far, I ordered online and went through the drive through and sat in line for 33 minutes. Every employee was dressed in street clothes had no uniforms on unsure who was actually an employee. They sat in the back away from the counter having inappropriate conversations laughing and joking while they let the cars back up.
They close at nine and it says we have to close at 1 AM. This McDonald’s should be 24 hours. They close too early and do not inform on the website or on Google or in person.
Waiting 25 to 30 minutes to get a burger is a service that you can only dream of.
I was there last night between seven and eight and two of your workers were fighting and I don’t know if they were play fighting, but that is so unprofessional and they were running around going in lobby and running into the bathroom and being loud while we were waiting for our food
They didn't get our order right. Our food was ice cold and my great granddaughter pancakes were hard around the edges.
