Went there today, ordered,was told to park in parking spot number 2,a lady came out with a bag ,saw the empty parking spots looked directly at me ,walked back in,looked directly at me through the window 5 minutes later walked away,after waiting almost 30minutes in parking spot number 2 for 3 20 piece chicken nuggets,I went in ,handed over my receipt,told em I was out there,there was no bbq sauce in the bag,so I asked the same lady for bbq,she gave me 3and walked off ,stood staring at someone else,so I had to asked someone el... read more

Edit: and our food is wrong! Asked for double fries for three happy meals but still got apple slices and they didn't even bother to put the toys in the meals. Workers have no manners. A simple greeting would make all the difference but instead you just get 🫤 facials expression's, not even a smile.
Where do I start I've been living in The Grove for 6 years now they've never had ice cream at this McDonald's ever!!! Always talking about "Our machines are down." They need to get some new machines or something.... And when asked if I dined in or if I got takeout I couldn't even fill in the blank but I know one thing I didn't get no ice cream left there feeling like I got robbed!
