If I could rate it zero stars I would. The dining room is never open and the line is always long. They shouldn’t be open if they don’t know how to run the restaurant.
I came to this McDonald’s to get a meal and the employees were with attitude, they didn’t give me my order right, and only give one ketchup. To me this McDonald’s does not have good customer service.
They charged me for the wrong order although she asked about the correct order. Luckily I looked down at the receipt and realized it wasn't what I ordered. I explained at the next window. Gave them the receipt waited a few minutes she came back and said ok you owe us a dollar. I said No my order was $10.82 you charged me $21.67. she disappeared again the line behind steadily growing longer. I started feeling like they were just waiting for me to drive away. Horrible wait time, waiting there for over 20 minutes, two people in front of me left because they were so slow excuse my language but I have never been to a McDonald’s so slow in my life, was there for a simple happy meal and had to go to the jack in the box next door and got all my food in under 10 minutes. 1 person on cashier and 2 people giving food. Not the first time I’ve had to wait this long and still end up leaving. Save your time energy and money this McDonald’s is horrible I do not recommend.
