Food was over cooked, basically my food was pre-cooked for someone else who didn't end up getting their order previously to me ordering cause they special ordered it with no cheese , I ON THE OTHER HABD WANTED MY CHEESE WHICH MY SANDWICH COMES WITH THANX , and it got cold sitting there so they THREW IT back in the grease drying out chicken FORGETTING TO RE-ADD MY CHEESE & making fries hard almost to hard to chew and swallow both the sandwich or fries.
