I’ve tried to submit an online take out order at 10:15pm and tried to pick it up but lady working said they were closed and only doing closing cleaning for the rest of the night. Closing times do not match up anywhere…google says 11pm…website says 10pm…ordering app says 10:59pm. I have 4.5 years of fast food experience and never had this done or have happen to me as a worker/customer. I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's! They take online orders after they are closed. They never have tea made no matter what time I go. I have gone in the morning and I have gone in the afternoon and I have gone in the evening and their excuse is that they haven't made the tea yet or that they have already thrown it out. I took my grandson to get him some McDonald's for dinner he was so excited the guy at the drive-thru made it such a wonderful experience for him
