Just left this store. They messed up a hamburger 3 times and forgot my mac sauce on my McChicken. My fiancé ordered a hamburger with no pickles and extra onions. She came home and said they missed the extra onions on the hamburger and mac sauce on the McChicken. I went back to the location and told them they messed up on our food. The girl manager said they would replace it. I asked whether I could get compensated for the inconvenience. She said we don't have any coupons to give and I asked whether I could get a fry instead.... read more
Bro this place is the absolute worst. I have never in my life had to write a review like this for a place but oh my god everyone is incompetent there is a 10% chance it goes as expected, the other 90% of the time they mess it up
I always want to give the benefit of the doubt when its due but every single time I go here, I wait at least 40 minutes for food in the drive thru even if there's only a couple cars. Inside is a joke, employees just standing or sitting at tables on their phones. I left without my order again. This will be the main reason AI will take over jobs like this 🤷♀️
Ordered a coffee with 2 sugars thru a kiosk. Kiosk would not print receipt. Coffee came with 2 creams and no sugars.
