Every time I go there, it's a problem from the manager on down. It's rude in the morning. The old lady black lady that worked in the morning is lazy and don't never wanna do no work when it's her job. I hate this mcdonald's
I can’t say thank you enough to the McDonald's on Kalamazoo and 60th in Kentwood for making this toddler’s entire life. He has watched godzilla with his grandfather for the majority of his life and so when the happy meal godzilla toys came out he has been in search of a godzilla indefinitely. Dozens of happy meals later, he had every toy, but not a single godzilla. It doesn't really matter how busy it is, for some reason orders always take forever. Paid cash three times as well, and none of the three cashiers knew how to count change. Orders are wrong enough that I have to be super careful about checking before I leave. If there's any hiccups in service (cars being out of order, changes made to an order, etc.) then everything seems to fall apart. It doesn't seem like the employees are interested in communicating to each other when something happens.
Edit 9/2/2026: It's been quite a few months since I was last in this restaurant. The last time I was there, things could have been better. As many have mentioned, the wait times were unacceptable. It wasn't super busy at the time as well. When the food came out, not everything was correct and it wasn't very fresh either. I then called the 1800 number and filed a complaint with this restaurant.
