Placed an order on the app for myself and went to pickup at the counter. I asked one of the staff members who worked there which counter the order would be at, as there were 2. Before she could answer the manager cut her off and walked toward me arguing in Spanish. One of the staff members asked me if I understood what the manager was saying to which I responded no, as I don’t speak Spanish, they then proceeded to tell me that my uber customer should request a refund as a different uber driver got the order. The worst place for a fast food we wait like 30min for our food the place was super dirty at the and we have to live to another place with no food and kid crying 😢

Another customer and myself received an incorrect order, but the staff was unable to communicate with us in English or Spanish. Very frustrating.
