I am doing DoorDash at this McDonald’s and, since the drive thru line is long, I was going to call and see if they can bring out the order so my customer wouldn’t have to wait that long. I called numerous time and they refused to answer. Awful awful customer service. No wonder why this one has a 2.8 star rating.

Stopped to get my nephew , something to eat. There were six kids in the dining room , they were not extremely loud to the part where they were bothering me. The manager came out and yelled at them and said he could hear them all the way to the back of the store. They were not that loud, i was still able to talk to my nephew , sitting across from me in a normal voice. I just found that weird, then he took that extra mile to put aggravation , where there was none. The cashier was super nice, and smiled. Drive threw was busy

The breakfast people in here are inside doing nothing. The guy told me today Saturday July 18th 2026 at 4:45am that they're short staffed and my pickup order will take an hour, so I parked across waiting. He says the same to all drivers and didn't hand anyone a single order while I waited for over 30 minutes, he's in there vaping right next to the 2nd drive through window instead of making orders. Manager.. check cameras from 4:35am to 4:55am today and watch him hitting his vape without making a single order throughout.
