30+ year customer here and the customer service is getting worse. The employees seem indifferent, and the manager appears even less concerned about providing customers with a positive experience. McDonald’s service continues to decline while the prices keep going up. Their refill policy is also completely absurd. You truly can’t make this stuff up. So unprofessional all around.
They don't wear hair nets. I ordered a filet o dish and came with a blond/ white hair in it. Gross!
Ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie, but the size I received was clearly smaller than expected. When I asked about it, the cashier in training was polite, but another employee named Victoria responded very rudely, raised her voice, and made faces while insisting it was the correct size. I asked for a manager, but instead of apologizing, they refilled the same cup and reused the same lid after it had already been handled multiple times.
