I just ordered my food and once again it was cold, NOT FRESH, and my older was incorrect. I travel an extra 2 miles to go to a different McDonald’s because this one which is a mile from my house is always poor. The food is always old and never fresh. The managers there must not oversee their staff or they just allow poor service consistently. I wish there was a regional manager that will hold the managers at this McDonald’s accountable.

In this mc donalds and it happens to me at least three times it look like they don't want to pay attention, I ask for a double quarter and the give me another mcdonald no salt for the fries and i really don't know why because is a business. This is really bad in the middle of my lunch when I trying to stop the car and begin to have lunch for the double quarter that I ask it had to came back for this mistake is a simple thing and they do it bad .

It's a shame how the service has declined, a place that was known for having excellent service and super friendly workers. I was there the other night with my children and my kid wanted more food so I went to order more nuggets to which they told me in a really bad way to go through the drive thru because they had already stopped taking orders.
