Waited 10+ minutes for an iced coffee. That was the entire order.
Has forgotten items of my order for the past 8 times I have went. Staff have been very sarcastic in helping me fix my orders in the past. I’m just going to drive to the Fountain Inn location from now on because this is getting ridiculous. You don’t mess around when it comes to peoples food.
My mother was treated disrespectfully by an so called manager during her visit. I reported the situation to corporate expecting someone from the restaurant management team to contact us, but nobody ever did. Ignoring customer complaints only makes the situation worse. This experience left a very negative impression about this restaurant. Seemed like other people made a complaint about the same person. It’s crazy she still employed there guess McDonald’s don’t care about the customers.
Placed order at 10:59pm, with the store closing at midnight. Ordered two double cheeseburgers on the app about five minutes before arriving. Took about 12 minutes to get through the drive-thru because they were not taking orders, got parked when they finally started taking orders, and took another 15 minutes to receive food. Food arrived cold, dry, and a little burnt. I noticed they had brought out every they parked's order, seven cars, all at once, which is probably why.
