I had a very disappointing experience. The manager I dealt with did not seem to understand English well, which made communication very difficult. On top of that, their attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. It left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve customer service.
I always found them to be very knowledgeable polite and courteous but there was no food so I can't give a rating
