I am a regular customer and normally during the weekdays there are different staff who provide much better service but today there was different staff working. They took my order but they got it wrong, when i asked them to correct it they corrected it and said i was being very rude. Very rude and bad customer service.
I was with me brothers and we were having junior combo and the lady I guess she is a manager and she gave us a free canceled meal. I have noticed she always make sure everything is smooth she asked everyone how's the food and she even handout the meal to the table and don't bother to call costumer to the counter I really appreciate her everytime when we go there it's worthy and thank you for hospitality.:))
