Horrible staff and once brought to managers attention she couldn't care less and walk away from middle of conversation and throw my good on the counter absolutely disgusting behavior
Greedy management! A busy place stay in a very popular location, not even offer refill the drink and water. Too greedy.
When I received my iced coffee, I noticed hair present both inside the drink and on the exterior of the cup. This was deeply concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. I brought this to the attention of the store staff and manager, but they did not take the matter seriously. I was given a replacement, but there was no acknowledgment or accountability for the unsanitary conditions. The handling of the issue was dismissive and unprofessional
It is rude and the server lady doesn't know how to deal with the customer
Tastes like home! May 6/25- my triumphant return to this mall is great with a coffee here! I solo adventured here but still fun but I’d much rather go with friends. I had to get some dress pants for a wedding and this place is great for luxury while not too pricy!
