Widely unsanitary and service was disappointing. Staff is so rude and undertrained. Bad attitude indeed. Really makes you question the quality of the food.
People who work here don’t know how to take care of customers. Not even a single star is worth it.
Ordered an ice cream and paid at the kiosk. Waited for more than 15 mins for a vanilla cone ice cream. We inquired from one of the staff that we were were waiting for an order and showed the receipt with the order number. The associate ignored us completely and behaved as if we werent there. We waited for some more time while a lot of other orders were given out. Bad customer service and attitude. When you complain to their supervisor they defend their staff member instead of addressing the complain / issue
I can tell the workers are trying their best with so many customers especially with the $1 ice creams lol, but damn the amount of ice in this medium sized mango pineapple refresher is more than half the cup, a few sips and it’s all gone while I’m still in the center (I came in Scarborough town center js to grab the drink to go)
