If im paying for a sauce I expect it to be put in my bag. This has happened too many times pay attention when packing customers orders.

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets, and they were undercooked — completely unacceptable, especially for a kids’ meal. I had to return them, which is something I’ve never had to do at any other McDonald’s. To make things worse, the table was filthy, and when I asked for a glass of water, the staff member Diya told me I’d have to pay 20 cents for it — even though I was only asking for a disposable cup that’s normally free. I ordered a McVeggie but was served a chicken patty in veg box, and unfortunately, I had already taken a bite. As someone who is vegetarian for religious reasons, this was extremely upsetting. When I reported it, Riya from the staff chuckled, which felt disrespectful and insensitive, as if our beliefs or identity didn’t matter.
