Mid…you know what you’re getting. It’s hot. Fries die fast and when they cool have a chemical taste. No mistakes in a while though and conveniently located. The parking lot is busy and people have blade to sit if they’re waiting at the last window which throws the traffic flow off around the drive thru. Plenty of accidents turning in from Liberty rd.
Customer service horrible @4:30am. Tea was watered down! Sent back asked for New Refresher drink... Was Lied to!!!!stated they no longer made a "new" refresher drink!!!! Food was great!
I visited this McDonald's expecting basic customer service, but the experience was disappointing. I waited an unusually long time just to get assistance and had to repeatedly ask multiple employees for help. Instead of receiving professional service, one employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, telling me to "wait a minute" with an attitude that made it clear helping customers was not a priority.
