All but one self serve kiosk was down and the employee behind the counter refused to take orders. Her name is Joanne. I am pregnant and disabled and we waited 20 minutes to just get our order taken. Then someone who just walked in had her order taken by Joann. I asked to speak with a manager because at this time she refused to take anyone's orders at the counter. Small McDonald's but the best around. Fast service, and the food was actually hot and fresh. As far as McDonald's goes this one is a gem.
