woman at the register at morning shift couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone to help customers, kept yapping to people instead of working, very rude aswell Said nevermind

I went to McDonald's for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast platter and asked the cashier if she could modify my platter. She refused to do so even though I told I was able to pay the difference. I called the manager Valentina to complain and she wasn't much help she basically sided with her employee. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD'S FOR NOT modifying someone's meal based on their dietary restrictions. Please retrain your staff especially Valentina.

If I could give NO stars. I would. They are so so slow and no they were not busy during my visit. My husband is DEATHLY allergic to onions. His throat will swell up instantly. Obviously he ALWAYS says no onions. So after the food took well over 25 minutes to get you'd think it'd be fresh and correct. Absolutely NOT. He came out side opened his burger and checked it just in case and not only was the meat old and hard looking it had onions still on it even though they thought they could brush them off? Went to this McDonals and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The speaker doesn’t even work and you can barely understand what they are saying. I just decided to drive off. Worst experience at a McDonalds!
