Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Unprofessional and unorganized restaurant.
Have yet to receive a correct order from this place in 5 years. They offered to fix it and still got that wrong too. At least its consistent. Order what you want they'll give you whatever they want you to have, best place to go if you dont know what you want to eat; its always a suprise.
This is the second time that they have had me pull into a parking spot and wait for my food which is not the bad part, but yet again they forgot to make my food if it was just for me I would ask for my money back but my kids need to eat too. And they are going to sit inside and laugh that they forgot my food for a second time in less then a month time to find a different fast food restaurant.
So I rarely eat at McDonald's except for the occasional breakfast. However, I love Big Macs and treat myself about once a year when traveling alone. I was very disappointed in my visit yesterday. I used the checkout kiosk, which I don't like, but I do understand why they are necessary. The kiosk never gave me a receipt, which I pointed out to a friendly associate who offered to print me one. Men’s room nasty. Very slow service. Fifteen different dine in people waiting for 10 minutes to twenty minutes for food. French fries were stale. Avoid eating here.
