I had my lunch there as I sat down and started to open my sandwich I seen a long dark hair I opened it up completely in shock cause now how did they even hand me a sandwich that you can see clear as day hair wrapped around the entire burger. Smh. I then took the burger to the counter to show them and they beat me mad and started to proceed to say they don’t see no hair the lady standing next to them reach and literally grabbed the hair herself saying how do u not see that hair. Drive thru waiting time is ridiculous.
They took almost 20 minutes to serve us. (Drive thru) This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This is not the firs time.
I bought a $13 meal and I payed with $100 bill the cashier she gave me back the wrong change 2 times I had to complain and correct her 2 times I didn't get my correct change until the manager came who knows if they do the same to other people especially the elder watch out because they probably do this all the time
