I don't understand how people can be so incompetent. Curbside order, brings me my food and drink. I ask for a straw which was immediately combated with attitude and "it's in the bag". Hands me the bag and "coke". I drive away and open the bag to find no straw. When I get to work, I grab an extra straw and to find out they gave me Diet Coke. I refuse to drink artificial sweeteners so I had to throw it out. The app has no way to report an issue or get a refund.
