Horrible service, can’t get orders right, super slow, and never open or close on time.
Whoever was working 4/14/26 around 7 PM on the second window has the best customer service ever. Every time I come here and see him he’s always just so kind and welcoming.
Ordered through the app for counter pick up and have been waiting inside for about 10 minutes with no one coming to the counter to check on anyone inside orders with staff just looking at all the customers inside waiting and just walking away moving at a snails pace.
Its a nice clean updated Mc Donalds. Kinda miss the kids play area. Those are disappearing. They encourage to order at the front computer. They were quick to get the order out.
