Been here several times in the last couple months, takes 30-40 minutes for food to come out even in the drive through each time with the food being cold when I watched staff just lay around doing nothing
This is without a doubt the the worst McDonalds probably ever. Ridiculously slow service, every time i come here i end up waiting 20+ minutes even after i place a mobile order in advance. As a Saratoga local, i’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for years but i am extremely disappointed every time. Not only is the service painfully slow for a so called “fast food” restaurant, but the food is lazily prepared and at least 75% of the time my order is made wrong.
