Drive through, shorted order, didn't notice until getting home. Filed a complaint and the only response was should come inside right away. No offer to make good on the shorted items. Very poor way to do business.
Super hard working late night crew - the manager on staff this evening was keeping things moving with such a positive attitude. The drive thru line was swamped and he couldn’t have been nicer. Not an easy job and just want to share some appreciation for making my road trip easier!
