Morning manager is always texting on her phone, not even looking toward waiting customers. Many times she's facetiming with someone while food sits ready to be served, and customers are standing waiting to receive said food. Today she went from texting and touching her face and hair to directly touching/preparing customer food with her hands. She doesn't put her long hair up or cover it either which is against food-safe practices as well. None of this is acceptable.

We go to a lot of McDonald's, this one CONSISTENTLY has the slowest service of any of them, we'll be driving to one further away in the future to avoid this terrible service and experience.

I work long overnight shifts from 4 PM to 3 AM, and this McDonald’s has been a regular stop for me since it’s one of the few places open when I’m heading to or coming home from work. I almost always order the same thing through the drive-thru: two crispy ranch snack wraps. It’s a basic, standard menu item. When I came through before my shift on Wednesday, my order was made incorrectly—both snack wraps had pickles on them, which are not supposed to be on crispy ranch snack wraps at all. Terrible management and zero customer service. This happened just an hour ago, and I’m still shocked by how poorly it was handled. I was given the wrong burger, and when I politely asked the manager to correct it, they refused. No apology, no effort to fix their mistake—just attitude and indifference. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make it right is unacceptable, especially from a manager. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I won’t be returning to this location
