52.00 worth of food, ask for ketchup for our fries they give us 3 packs for 5 people, ask for barbecue sauce for nuggets (we ordered it) and they gave us 1. Then my wife’s sandwich ended up having hair in it. I won’t return to this McDonald’s.
Asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and was told no problem and 10 seconds later was handed our food without any ketchup and mayonnaise packets. How would anyone forget that fast?? It's nonstop like that here. Like they don't want to give you any for your fries or sandwiches. Food was chilled and Big Mac had so much Mac sauce you could've used it on 10 Big Macs. Made for a mess and soggy buns.
