I got two cookies along with a meal, the meal was fine but I thought the cookies were supposed to be warm but I bit into one and they weren’t warm, not a huge deal I just asked the lady at the counter (white lady with glasses and long brown dark hair) if she could make them warm and either take the one I didn’t bite into and warm it and she said “I’ll drop fresh cookies for you” and I said “Aw okay thanks so much” and she goes “I’ll need those” and snatches the cookie I bit into out of my hand along with the bag of the other... read more
