The saddest Big Macs I have ever seen. They were literally only the bread and meat and a few pieces of shredded lettuce. Nothing else. Great surprise to find in the bad when you get all the way home. Both of them look like this.

I have been waiting 30 minutes for my order so my grandson can eat. this is unacceptable.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Half the time you don’t get everything you ordered, you wait forever for your food, and when you do it is either raw or burnt. Very poorly managed.
Apparently you have to be very specific at this Mcdonald's. I ordered a chicken tender strip meal (which i don't recommend by the way) and received literally just chicken tenders. NO fries....nothing just the tenders. I received a drink though so why wouldn't i receive fries? Well all in all the staff was friendly and happy but seemed like i would prefer the grumpy staff that actually gets my order right. Also the tenders are extremely rubbery i would of just rather get the nuggets.
Waited for over 7 minutes for a Latte to come out and finally had to walk in to check on it. Then get back to the car and the cup is a good 2 inches at least from being a full cup! Def not a good experience here this morning.
Shout out to Margaret for serving up my sons favorite happy meal and toy😃 and Annette for great spirit nights!!!
Half the Managers are unprofessional, one manager had the nerve to take a freaking cat in the restaurant, some of the employees are childish and definitely needs to be sent back to training.
