I asked for a sweet tea. I watched this guy go to the sweet tea container and find out it was empty. So instead he started filling my cup with unsweetened tea. He runs out of unsweetened tea about halfway through filling up my cup so he fills the rest of the cup full of more ice and then hands it to me out the window. I let him do it and don’t say anything because I wanted to see if he actually had the audacity to go through with it. These lazy idiots want $15. Let that sink in.

I recommend nothing. Service was terrible. I waited 25 minutes (times) for food that was sub par. Witnessed 4 people come in from the drive thru with wrong orders, and 2 refunds from the lobby for people that had been waiting longer then I had! Based on the other comments, it looks like no one cares about the reviews of their restaurant! Too bad!

Ordered pancakes with 2 sausages. 2 hash brown and 1 fruit yogurt 1 coke extra ice. Got to work with pancakes no sausage or syrup no fruit and yogurts I only had pancakes and 1 hash browns and coke with no ice. Oh good thing I keep silverware at work. Guy at window was rude.

Every time I’ve been here it’s always a disappointment. Waited 30 mins in the drive through lane then left.

Was looked at rudely because I made a woman stop mopping and take my order instead of using the automated kiosk. Then waited over 10 minutes for a spicy McChicken and a large fry. Then I witnessed my food sat on a tray and sat there not under a heat lamp, nothing. Also the way the manager was speaking to his employees is a big no no. I think he could get more out of his employees if he treated them with more respect. In the future I will take the extra time to go to the McDonald’s on 635 and Regent.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 10 min and moved one Car link. Prices keep going up and everytime I make the mistake of going here I am quickly reminded why it is far and few between I do attempt to visit thos location. It's faster to drive to Irving location @ 635 and beltline

For some reason the past couple of months the service degraded quite a bit. For this "fast food" establishment the wait is usually half an hour. After sharing my experience on the city page many residents are complaining of the same situation. Nobody is really sure why this wait time suddenly spiked. It's a bit concerning as this is not the norm, but is starting to become so.
