they always leave things out of the bag or just plain wrong.. also is it a thing now to not give straws, napkins or basic items that are asked for? this place has gone way down hill since Ty left

I just went through and my order was wrong. This is why no one wants you guys to get 15 a hr. I came home saw my messed up order and put it in the trash. I haven't had mc donalds in two months. I won't be trying again anytime soon.

Great service at the drivethru
Everytime I go here they forget at least one of my items. You would think I would check before leaving by now(I shouldn't have to). But again I made it home and didn't have all my food. They sure do charge you for everything though.
I was having an emergency medical issue that required the use of the restroom and because I was not wearing a mask I was refused entry into the restroom from the inside of the McDonald's. I was treated poorly by management and some employees. I have filed a complaint with McDonald's corporate and I am waiting to hear back from them.
