I sat in drive thru in the morning rush for 20 min for a coffee. I know serving time for orders should be faster than 20 mins!
How are you going to have 2 drive thru lanes and not see who was there first? Then tell me I can't replace a small fry in a kids meal for a medium even if I pay more? Then you forget to put the sauce in the bag? The dumbest employee I've ever come across. Not my first problem there, but it will surely be my last. Never going there again..
So after working a 12 hour shift I go to McDonald's to get some food...I get home ready to tear into my food yet as I finish my burger I look and see a long piece of hair on my fries which definitely wasn't mine Calling Cooperate in the morning because they got me all the way messed up...I called over to the store and the freaking person hung up on me...Never going there again
Always a very clean restaurant they always are very efficient with my order, they have a really good costumer service.
After having three East Orange cops called on me for a courtesy cup of water, I felt that all McDonald's customers, including Breast Cancer Survivors should know not to ask for a cup of water at this location because it is against their policy. So please, if your ergently thirsty, just go to Popeyes across the street for a cup of water. **side note: I wonder if I was Caucasian, would they give me some water***
