Horribly slow, husband waited 30 minutes for his food that he walked in to get. The sweet tea tasted like chemicals couldn’t even drink it. None of the order was correct. Shouldn’t have rebuilt that McDonald’s. Should have just left it burnt down.
Not friendly employees at all. If you are working at a business that deals with people than be nice to those people or go work in a factory packing boxes! No wonder Chick-fil-A does so well! They love their customers & let them know it!
I'd never recommend this location. They are so slow!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a long time. We placed our order, paid for our food, when we told them they got something wrong, they looked at the receipt which was wrong (3 L fries instead of a #3 meal) and then argued with us that if we wanted the meal we would have to refund after a LOT of going back and forth arguing with us. Traveling from out of town. Three employees behind counter - no one says a word to us. Use the restrooms, come back, and wait several minutes. No one says anything to us. Lady comes out from the back and says, “We are kiosk only right now.” Points to machine. Walks off. It’s 7:30 pm. They wouldn’t even take our order. If you’re too lazy to take our order, I can not imagine what the food would have been like. No thanks! Rude and unprofessional!
Won’t be back-keep the cold saltless white fries, the sausage biscuit that’s on an English muffin, the condiment & veggie laden plain cheese burgers and all the offers to change my order when I just want what I asked for. Goodbye to both Ephrata McDees

I went to McDonald's early afternoon and it was horrible service the workers just stood there talking no concern extremely slow and the coffee I ordered was bad lousy lousy super slow never again
Slowest service ever!! Not been here in 8 months and it only got worse. Simply wanted a Diet Coke but yet again 15 minutes. Where is the management at this location?
