Very unprofessional. I ordered a sweet tea, they gave me unsweetened. My bf went in and it took them at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge him 15 min later he comes back i try the tea, STILL unsweetened. He goes back again after another 15 min another unsweetened 🙄 our food is cold by then and he's highly upset so he demands a refund. Employees ask if he wants sugar packets to add to the tea, no.
