Getting it right would be a big improvement! I just picked up breakfast for me and my son and was pretty disgusted when I got home and saw what I paid for! I ordered 4 hash browns AKA mush browns, they had to be peeled out of the wrapper leaving a good portion behind! It seems every time we go something isn't right like a week ago we stopped to pick up some dinner, the chicken nuggets they sold me were HOURS old without a doubt! I nicknamed them corpse nuggets... dont even that snadwhichs right half the time
they are not open the hours they advertise! i was in the drive thru for 10 min at 11:15 waiting at the speaker to order then they tell me they are closed! when they have signs everywhere saying open till 3 am! happens ALL THE TIME! I work at Kroger across the street over night. IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST 10 TIMES!!!!!!!
last night same issue 2 weeks in a row wrong order and it's ridculious Hello so we visited the McDonald's on water street in decatur yesterday, Oct 26th we burgers specially ordered with certian things on them and not on them, by the time we got home it was to late to go back, is there anything that can be done today.

The store looks great but still has poor service. Counter staff gets ticked if they actually have to do their job and you choose not to do self service. I’ve been through the drive thru twice in 3 weeks and had to pull over and wait for gravy....before 8am both times. This morning they finally brought out my food and forgot my hash brown. They gave me syrup for the hot cakes I didn’t order and no jelly for the biscuit I did order. You guys need to get your sh*t together.
We visited the new and improved McDonald’s yesterday and it was very impressive the young man working came to our table several times and asked if we needed anything we had a very nice dining experience
I got a Mushroom and Swiss burger that looked like it had been on a warmer for a couple hours including the mini mushrooms that were on it.
