The food was hot and fresh and the people running the driveup were on the ball. Mistakes seem rare here, you don't have to worry about driving all the way home and find out you didn't get your Big Mac.
They don’t check the orders before handing them out, and refuse to be held accountable for screwing people out of items they paid for.
Very friendly and helpful crew, very good customer service skills! I was helped promptly inside(due to an issue with the app.) got good quickly and was out the door
Cashier got our order wrong and proceeded to argue about it.
