Currently been in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No drive thru service on the left. Took FIVE cars orders on the right. Messed up the guys order in front of me then argued with him in the drive thru. Omg. Sitting here with three kids in our car begging for ice cream. Even my 7 yr old said, "this is the worst McDonald's ever". He's totally right!
Waited 10 mins at counter. Didn't see a single staff person!
There ice cream sizes are the same size there are ripping us off. Shit hole.
First off they gave me a bad coke and I then checked the bag and they gave me the wrong order. I wemt in and asked if I did anything to the soda and basically questioned me about it.
If it wasn't for the hungry toddler we would have been out of here!!! 4pc chicken nugget happy meal 3.69 on menu board. Order it and its 3.89 plus another .29 to get a apple juice box!! And then tax on top of all that.. I have never run into so many up charges!! Just put the price on the board.
You may not always get my order right, but you have some of the most amazing people working there. Thank you - - especially to Luis and my favorite morning woman....I'm going to have to get your name and give you credit here, too. OH - and thanks for the free mocha this morning. I'm going to follow your lead and PAY IT FORWARD!
