the manager on duty was making sure the place was clean and sanitary and was also nice to his employees...
Didn't get a receipt and my order was missing a large fry and sauces for nuggets. The manager, NADINE, actually argued with me telling me I didn't order fries and the sauces were in the bag. She was extremely rude and condescending, and in front of my 2 kids. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a place of business. I paid for the fries and she still didn't give me the sauces.

Me and my mom went there to get 4 small shamrock shakes and they had us pull ahead and we waited 15 minutes until someone came out and said that the mint syrup for the shamrock shake wasn't working. They asked us if we wanted a smoothie we said no I want my Money back. The price was more expensive than the mcdonalds I went to when I finally got my shamrock shakes, It was 4 dollars cheaper than this McDonalds was. I am frustrated because I was waiting for so long! I am never coming to this one again!!

I have to say, out of all the mcdonalds I have been to, the customer service at this location is wonderful. Everyone is smiling, they treat you like they appreciate you choosing to eat with them. They handle difficult/angry custo.ers with a professionalism I have not witnessed at any other and the lobby and bathroom were kept up well. I would have to say I have had a good experience. Oh and my order was not messed up at all.
Worst McDondald's ever!! We don't stop at all anymore when they were our go to spot with our busy schedules. Gave them over a year to get it right. Food is always wrong and quality of food compared to other McDonald's isn't good either. People in drive through don't understand or speak English so order is always incorrect. Oh the list goes on and on ...
