No ketchup offered here. Dispensers are empty every time. Soda dispensers offer room-temperature soda only. Ice dispenser doesn't work either. All 4 Diet Coke dispensers are actually Sprite, and all other dispensers are 90% foam. You literally cannot get soda or ketchup here. There's another McDonald's only 2 miles away. Do yourself a favor and go to that one instead.
