Terrible in store service, waited at register while no one greeted me, and even when the cashier showed up, no smile, no hello, no thank you, no energy. Give me a machine, they'd have more interaction then these pathetic excuses for 'service ' associates who are supposed to represent McDonald's...

I would give negative stars if I could. Just had the worst experience at this McDonald's. I waited approximately 10 minutes through their horribly long line. Made it to the window and was told they were not accepting cards, cash only. The drive through window lady had a lot of attitude. I only had a card. I saw my food sitting there and wasted all that time in the line. I could have been told when I ordered. I left and went to DQ and had a quick and wonderful experience in their drive thru. I was very disappointed to pay 30 cents for water , which was 26 cents higher if I had ordered the meal with you new big mac and frys.
No matter what time of day or night I come to this restaurant, the people at the drive thru window or always friendly and happy!

My grand kids like it & we always get hot food there, people who work there are nice to us, I prefer it over Shelbyville McDonald's, we have 2, they were just newly remolded, and neither have a playland, always gotta go out of town...
Absolutely horrible nothing but Eye rolling employees, disrespectful managers, worst location horrible won't give you everything you ordered then gives you hell about it when you want your missing food better off going to a real mcdonalds this one is crap !!!!
If you want cold fry's bad service and wait long as heck for your food then this is the McDonald's for you I work right down the street from them and I won't be going back and I love McDonald's :(
