Order a burger with no ketchup. Smothered in ketchup after waiting nearly 10 mins for them to bring it out. Go in for a refund which no one seems to care about. Then I get a refund for the wrong kind of burger. What a complete waste of time. Employees were unfriendly and uncaring. Don’t really understand the long waits for everyone during the lunch rush. Almost like they were surprised they had customers.
They were having a struggle this morning but they were still professional about the circumstances behind the late orders and gave an extra item to make up for it. Thank you for your service
