Normally I totally recommend this but Im disappointed in my service today.the guy at the first window was busy on his cell phone..and my big Mac is incredibly sloppy.wheres MGMT at?
Horrible service from the girl working the counter. Was trying to order through the kiosk and was having trouble. I pressed the help button for 20 minutes. The girl Molly working the counter just stood there looking at me and never offered to help.. I finally just walked out.
We’ve been here before with no issues but TODAY place was disgusting-trash everywhere and dirty tables, order took too long and they had no salads
Ordered a McGriddle and Macchiato for breakfast. They asked if I wanted the coffee hot or cold, and it’s 20 degrees out, so of course I say hot. My first thought when I get my food was that their new insulated cups are great, but that’s not the case. Coffee is room temperature at best, chilled at worst. Like it has been sitting on the counter for an hour. No thanks.

Just lost a customer. Pulled in to 1 of 2 drive through lanes, was asked to give them "just a minute" then they served 3 cars back to back in the other lane that were behind me. How's that for good customer service...

One of the nicest in Louisville, but my only complaint is the highchair's have no wheels so they are hard to maneuver.
Nice place but staff seems not happy to be there.. The girl doing the fries are on her phone for quite a while... The guy in the counter , wont look at you in the eye until he had a big yawn on your face and hand your order no hi no ho... But the kids had fun....
