I had a negative experience with the service department here. I brought in my 2017 Jetta because of a check engine light. Instead of being upfront about the issue, they recommended a list of expensive services that had nothing to do with the actual problem. Their “solution” sounded like a costly tune-up – which I had already done just a year ago. Super great experience here signing a lease for an electric vehicle. First time making a purchase like this but Leyton was extremely helpful the whole way throughout and professional and courteous. Definitely recommend if looking for a Volkswagen.
