I had A good experience with the sales department for the most part (the one star) But when it came to the upkeep and the maintenance on my vehicle this is the shittiest place you could ever go to. My car was constantly losing oil for the light to come on in between oil changes.They ran an oil consumption test and said that it passed. What newer car that only has 40,000mi goes through this much oil?! My husband and I recently leased a new ID4 and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Atticus was incredible attentive and helped us through every step of the way without ever pressuring us or making us feel that old school “car salesman” vibe. That goes for the whole crew working at this location. Very down to earth. Ryan then came through to close everything out and was very friendly and informative, too. Thanks for everything!
