Mis-diagnosed major engine leak. Told me I spent a lot of money so I'm hearing noises. Replaced the part that ended up being what was causing the noise. Then the new part has the same knocking noise. Hard to get a hold of and don't return calls. Not particularly enthusiastic or friendly when you get a hold of them on the phone.
New tires were very reasonably priced compared to local tire shops!
Service took an hour longer than I was told it would take. Service continues to try to charge me for a diagnostic on an issue that has been occurring since I bought the vehicle, still under warranty. Thankfully I can explain and not be charged; but check the log. All my service has been performed at this location. The radio needs an update that can only be done at Toyota and I’d be charged, little scammy of Toyota. Recently called service and two days later have still not received a return call.
