Food quality is inconsistent, orders are often wrong and service is terribly slow. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru I am asked to pull up and wait and whenever I go inside there's usually one or two customers upset because they've had to wait 20-25 minutes for an order. It's so awkward as the employees always seem to avoid eye contact. I suppose better training and organization would help, but it seems this has been a problem for years now and nothing will help until management start to actually care.
Horrible service. 15 minutes to get my order, and when i got it, the only thing good was the fries. Buns were over toasted, burger was dry and burned. Not to mention that every single order ahead of me, they either made wrong, or forgot alot of those customers orders. Need to step up your game McDonald's and hire better employees.
ordered 2 burgers n nuggets took awhile for food and once I got home the burger that says right on the receipt taped to the box said "no bun" had a bun..come on like seriously its not that hard.
But they need keep air conditioning off have heat on when it's cold cool outside hell I complained before at old mcds they didn't do anything about it now new one they got the air conditioning on
Worst f’n McDonald’s! Manager didn’t give two shits! My “ large” fries, might fill a happy meal fries. I’d show you, but they don’t allow it. I waited as only car in drive through for more than 5 min. Got 1/2large fries. I love 2 min away...went back. Even manager didn’t give a shit! No “ I’m sorry” just “oh...we have fries cooked now “ what a f’n joke! I can’t wait until BK is built! Whopper, fries, and service are so much better!
Always a terrible experience at McDs. This was no different as I waited 10 min in line after ordering to get no service. I proceeded to ask the girl at the window what the problem was and her response was I don’t know and closed the window. And certainly wasn’t pleasant with an eye roll included. Later I went to a different McDs which was more pleasant thankfully and I didn’t have to wait long.
No more Coke 0! That was the only reason i went there.
Every time i go there and ask for 14 hot fudge sundaes which is twice a month, an employee named Tina is rude and has an attitude with my associate
