UPDATE: I was asked to update my review. Sadly, there has been no improvement. Whether your order inside, through the drive through, or through the app, you're waiting at least 10 minutes for your order, and that's a good day. In the drive thru the rencently, I was asked to pull into one of the spots. There was no one behind me in line so I asked why. I was told it was "to be able to stop the timer".
