Waited 15-20 min to order. To order a happy meal, and a coke. I got a Dr Pepper. And a happy meal with no toy. Called the manager and she didn’t give a S***. 🙄 called corporate they were much more understanding. But this is a terrible MCDonalds!!
Saturday night at closing we found the manager to be not to happy that we made it in before she locked the doors. We were then told by the cashier that we would have to get our ice cream to go because they were closed. Several people sitting inside eating meals. Not very friendling for a McDonalds.
Slowest drive through in area before renovation and now the inside is so bad that people will only use the drive through which makes the drive through worse than it was before.
It’s McDonald’s people... it is what it is. BUT - I have been here several times and have seen a clown on a bicycle disrespecting the United States flag. Jackazz wears it as clothing, along with rebel flag. Quite possibly the dumbest person I’ve ever seen. Anyone know if he’s local?
Waited 20 minutes for a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. Ridiculous
The managers need a refresher course on the employee handbook and a lesson in customer relations.
I really don’t know what to say. They’ve messed up before. But tonight we ordered the new bacon sandwiches in meals. 3 Big Mac 1 quarter pounder 4 drinks. They messed the order completely up. Nothing except the fries were right. I was mad so I took the whole order minus 2 of the drinks because my kids were drinking them. The manager did give us money back and remade our meals.
