Discriminates against age
RecommendedUsually this McDonald’s does a great job. Generally quick and correct orders. This past year has been different. Just today was shorted 2 hasbrowns and given a wrong item. I was last car in line so wasn’t just mixed up order. Feeling disappointed
In drive through for 35 minutes, had to deal with employees walking by and hitting my truck and beating on window to get in to work, pants around their asses. Drunk people standing at drive through window. And my order got messed up, smokehouse burger supposed to be a double, but was a single and it looked like an abortion on a bun. This is ridiculous.
I like McDonald's, just not the one in Ottawa. It was recently remodeled to improve efficiency and flow and some how they have gotten slower. Service is severely lacking, always feel like I am inconveniencing the employees.
Do not go to this McDonald's my credit card information was stolen by the person working at the window for the drive-through....last night at about 6:50���
Great fast friendly service. Love the new building, always clean & impressive.
Sat in line 30 minutes in drive thu Slow service they need new experience workers Not fake it till you make it green horns workers.
Nice friendly staff. I deliver there on my route every so often and they get me going back on as quick as they can. And once in a while I am a customer there and get that same respect.
